Claudia has been teaching yoga in NYC and internationally since 2002. From soundtrack to sequencing, cueing anatomy and philosophy, a theme arises in her classes which have been described as fierce, loving, and precise. 

With a conscious, meticulous focus on integrating methods to transcend dogma, students are guided to fortify a foundation of movement that encourages them to discover their invaluable potential. If the body holds the informational mapping of our experiences, then the relationship we have with the body can help us author the stories that will make life better for one another. 

Claudia is an Advanced Certified Jivamukti teacher and has spent the past two decades being a perennial student and mentoring other teachers. After being certified in 2002 in Bikram Yoga she spent the subsequent years as staff at the training. She continued to study and immerse herself in the wisdom of the philosophical yoga teachings and meditation in addition to science-based methodologies.  Claudia is a Functional Range Conditioning movement specialist (FRCms), Roll Model Method Practitioner (myofascial release).  E-RYT 500, YACEP, and Bioenergetic Synchronization practitioner. 

What influences all aspects of her teaching style is her love of music, the creative arts and her training in theatre and film. When she’s not teaching, Claudia puts her performance background to work as an actor and Foley artist.
