Postures are skillfully introduced and sequenced with increasing intensity, infused with non-dogmatic Yoga philosophy, suggestions from one’s own voice as revealed in the chanting of ancient mantras, as well as the all-elusive sound of one’s own breath. Variations to optional advanced poses are offered so practitioners can work at their own level, moving through arm balances, deep hip openers, twists, chest expanding backbends and inversions.
