Iyengar Yoga
Matt Dreyfus has been a student of Iyengar Yoga since 1994. Since 1999, he’s traveled to India regularly to study with the Iyengar family, and for more than twenty years he’s been dedicated to teaching this profound subject. As a core faculty member of the Iyengar Yoga Institute of New York, he teaches students of all levels and abilities, and has spent many years as a member of the Institute’s teacher training faculty. He’s also active in New Jersey, where he’s been teaching in the Princeton area since 20ll, and is director of Teacher Education at Santosha Yoga Studio in Madison.
