Participants will be asked to observe silence throughout the weekend until & through the Cosmic Dance on Sunday afternoon.

Meditation will be at the heart of this weekend, where the movement of asana will be incorporated to facilitate stillness. All levels of practitioners are welcome, whether you hope to start a meditation practice or dive further into your existing practice.

A focus will accompany each meditation to release through deeper layers of identification, permitting an experience of the meditator that evolves through the weekend.

Retreat will begin with Check in on Friday at 3:00pm. End time on Sunday is generally around 5pm. Please plan accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: Given the short registration window, a determination will be made on MAY 1 whether to proceed with the retreat this year. If the retreat is cancelled, you will receive a full refund of your payment.
