Wowowowow. Not only are the teachers here incredibly talented and experienced, you can tell they really live their yoga and care about their students. Add to this the gorgeous studio and top notch amenities…I was really blown away by this studio and cannot wait to visit next time I’m NYC ✨

I have been to yoga all over the city. Not kidding maybe 20 studios. This is by far my favorite. It is intense, great work out with amazing instructors but most importantly you leave feeling amazing. The best studio in nyc.
