Love this yoga studio. Just started doing yoga here this past week and I already feel a positive difference in my body and mindfulness. The instructors are great and the environment is very relaxing and well kept. Will be taking more classes here.

What a fantastic studio! The forty-minute drive to Manhattan is worth the joy the class brings. True yoga thrives here; it’s not just a workout – although you’ll get a great one. You’ll also experience philosophy and spiritual meditation.

I have never taken a yoga class at Souk Studio but I love going there for Kirtan/Chanting. Devadas and his accompanists are wonderful and chanting with them is very heart-opening, calming, and peaceful.
