Start your day the right way by invigorating and energizing your morning.
Begin with breath-led Sun Salutations, move into a vigorous sequence with strength building, body-opening postures and a few twists and turns along the way. Close with a restful shavasana.
You will leave feeling strong, energized and clear, and ready for the progression of your day!

SOUK COMMUNITY Power (65min)
An invigorating class that combines traditional Ashtanga-based Sun Salutations with bodyweight strength training, targeted core exercises, and cooling yoga postures. This transformative journey seamlessly shifts between yoga and strength training, guiding you through sequences that ignite your inner fire and empower your body and mind.
Feel the endurance and resilience build within you as we transition into 10 minutes of AB warm-up and 35 minutes of strength training, utilizing your body’s weight to sculpt and fortify muscles, with special emphasis on core engagement. As the session concludes, wind down with 10 minutes of cooling yoga postures, leading you into a revitalizing shavasana.
Extend your well-deserved rest as needed, allowing the benefits of this experience to integrate fully.

Align & Flow – IYENGAR (75min)
Suited for practitioners of all ages and levels of practice, this class is a great opportunity to learn the foundational actions of Iyengar Yoga and how alignment improves range of motion and flexibility. The class offers a dynamic approach to standing postures, back arches, forward bends, twists and inversions (such as shoulder stand).
By alternating from supine to standing and seated postures, giving the practitioner different vantage points from which to relate to the dynamics of a pose.
With a greater understanding of your body in a posture, you will experience increased confidence and courage. This is a foundational class that offers an invigorating workout geared towards beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
VINYASA (75min or 90min)
Welcoming practitioners of various fitness & lifestyle routines, this medium intensity class seamlessly transitions you from one posture to the next working & stretching in equal measure arms, legs, hips, glutes, front & back body. Poses in this multi-level class are weaved together in a rhythmic manner through the incorporation of breath at every level of the practice.
With no more than 3 postures to a side, the sequences are well balanced so as not to fatigue muscles and overload joints – thus keeping the mind vibrant and continuously aware of its potential.
Expect to feel the power of your breath while developing full body strength and stability.
SOUK Flow and Restore (75min)
This open level class combines 30-45 minutes of a classic, fluid vinyasa practice to shake off your week, followed by 30-45 minutes of juicy restorative postures (usually seated or reclined and supported by props).
It’s the perfect combination of conscious movement and intentional rest to soothe your nervous system, yielding to to a state of receptivity and softness as you enter your weekend.
