What Is Iyengar Yoga?
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Iyengar Yoga™ is named after and developed by B. K. S. Iyengar. This yoga practice focuses on alignment and detailed instructions. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In Iyengar classes, props such as belts, blocks, bolsters, and blankets are highly encouraged. They are tools that help us understand how our body can relate to a posture, as well as make challenging postures more accessible.</span></p>

What Is a Led Ashtanga Class?
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series is a traditional sequence of postures that was developed in South India. The class is led through with both Sanskrit and English counts to mark off the timing of vinyasa movements and breath. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Expect to sweat and be challenged by the pace and progression of postures. Familiarity with Vinyasa or other Flow Styles of yoga is helpful in our Ashtanga yoga class.</span></p>

What Is Vinyasa Yoga?
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic yoga practice that links breath and movement, flowing through a series of poses in a smooth, rhythmic way. This yoga style builds strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, making it both a physical workout and a moving meditation.</span></p>

What Is Sound Mediation?
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Sound Meditation is a guided auditory experience that invites you to reclaim a sense of stillness throughout. The quiet space we create together enables each participant to hear the fullest extent of the sonic journey. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Sessions start with an exploratory discussion and introduction to the practice, including ‘how to listen’ with depth and intention, and the nature of sound itself. What Is Frequency Breathwork?
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Frequency breathwork takes you on a journey to create a space of awakening, self-love, expanded consciousness. and healing. What Is SOUK Chants?
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Chants or “Kirtan” is the Call-and-Response chanting of ancient mantras. Mantras are melodic phrases in the ancient language of Sanskrit that allow us to travel beyond the incessant ruminations of our mind and touch a part of ourselves that can only be reached by the sound of our own voices.
