SILENT Retreat at Ananda Ashram with Monica Jaggi

Join Monica Jaggi (co-founder of SOUK) for a weekend of movement into stillness at Ananda Ashram, a precious occasion to receive that which is revealed only in deep silence.

When the mind is kept away from its preoccupations, it becomes quiet. If you do not disturb this quiet and stay in it, you find that it is permeated with a light and a love you have never known; and yet you recognize it at once as your own nature
– Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

Participants will be asked to observe silence throughout the weekend until & through the Cosmic Dance on Sunday afternoon.

Meditation will be at the heart of this weekend, where the movement of asana will be incorporated to facilitate stillness. All levels of practitioners are welcome, whether you hope to start a meditation practice or dive further into your existing practice.

A focus will accompany each meditation to release through deeper layers of identification, including through a 2 hour SOUND MEDITATION Saturday afternoon with George MacPherson, permitting an experience of the meditator that evolves through the weekend.

Finding the Macro in the Micro – A Jivamukti Intensive with Rima Rabbath & Moritz Ulrich in Berlin, Germany at PEACE YOGA

After a few years apart, we’re finally coming back together: Two Jivamukti Yoga Teachers, two perspectives, one shared vision.

Join us for a weekend of deep practice, inquiry, and community as we explore how the vastness of the universe is reflected in the smallest details of our practice – and in turn, how these micro-moments shape the bigger picture of our lives.

This intensive is designed for dedicated practitioners and yoga teachers alike. Expect strong, soulful asana classes, in-depth philosophical explorations, chanting, and the kind of connection that only happens when like-minded souls gather to practice.

Rima and Moritz have been teaching together for years, blending their shared love for the Jivamukti method with their individual styles. Rima brings her deep experience in New York’s yoga scene, where she co-founded SOUK, a vibrant yoga space that emerged as a beacon of connection during the pandemic. Moritz, founder of Peace Yoga Berlin, is known for his ability to weave yoga philosophy into modern life with clarity and depth. Together, they create a space where the physical and the subtle, the individual and the universal, meet.
