I’ve been on a spiritual journey my entire life, seeking truth from a young age. At 18 years old, I became a monk and dedicated myself to a life of spiritual study, reflection, and service. One year later I made my first trip to India and have since traveled back numerous times throughout the subcontinent, as well as to countries and communities around the world to learn, discover and share. After 10 years of monastic life, I transitioned out of the monastery, met my wife, got married, and live with our dog Jiva in New York City.
My passion for sharing spiritual wisdom stems from my own years of personal work, which continues to this day. I aim to teach, inspire and work with clients who are eager to dive deep into themselves, take responsibility for their own growth, let go of old patterns that no longer serve them and embrace a new way of approaching life that is filled with potential, opportunity and purpose.
