Born and raised in Rome, my teachings merge the importance of structure and boundaries with the infinite possibility of freedom, movement and discovery.

Grateful always for the magical lessons of my teacher, Nevine Michaan at Katonah Yoga®, my dear friends Elian Zach and David Shemesh, with whom I co-created the WOOM Center Yoga Method in NYC, and Rima Rabbath for her teachings and the opportunity to be part of such a special home, community and group of talented teachers to share and grow this practice with.

I am currently based in New York + Italy, and along with a weekly schedule, lead teacher trainings and workshops around the world.

My classes are filled with movement, some sneaky alignment, heat, fluidity and music! Expect to move and always go upside down somehow!
