Jivamukti Yoga
My roots are with the Jivamukti Yoga school. I’m honored to be part of their lineage. More recently I have been very much inspired by the theory of Katonah yoga. The teachings of yoga have been passed down to me in a very clear and pragmatic way. I’m always excited to share what I know. I’m a student first. I teach a class I would want to take. I try my best not to take any of it too seriously while not diluting the special magic of these ancient teachings. I feel deeply we need to have fun and it needs to feel good.
