Monica Jaggi has been teaching the Jivamukti Yoga method in New York City for over 19 years.  In the integration of ancient teachings, alignment, and conscious movement, practitioners experience the vastness of their own innate wisdom. Through a steady, concise, seamless flow of asanas, Monica provides an occasion for students to experience Yoga Asana and Meditation as essential means for self-inquiry and self-transformation.
