ATTENTION + PERCEPTION: The Sacred Is Not Rare, It’s Undercover
$55 Early Bird Ends 1/7, after which $65 Drop In. This workshop explores how our familiar ways of seeing can dull our sense of perception and depth. Through asana, pranayama, and guided inquiry, participants learn to feel the conditions that make the sacred perceivable. By attuning to our body, breath, sensation, and subtle patterning, ordinary experience becomes a doorway into illumination and inner knowing.
