Seth Barron

Seth is a storyteller, leader, yogi & teacher based in New York, NY. He completed his 200 hour teacher training in 2018 & advanced 300 hour training in 2019-2020 with Bethany Lyons at Lyons Den Power Yoga in New York City for his RYT-500 certification, and completed the Jivamukti Yoga 75 Hour Teacher Training with Rima Rabbath at Jivamukti Yoga NYC in April 2019. Seth brings a unique diversity of yoga and business leadership experience to the studio after a long career at Google from 2002-2018, and served on the executive leadership team at TaskHuman, a coaching platform startup, from 2021-2024.
Today Seth teaches at SOUK Yoga, Lyons Den Power Yoga, and Equinox Fitness Clubs at various locations across Manhattan, NYC. Class with Seth is accessible, challenging, dynamic and FUN, with inspired playlists spanning musical genres to move your body, mind, and soul. In addition to teaching asana Seth also facilitates a weekly yoga sūtra study group & serves on the Board of Directors for Africa Yoga Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating economic empowerment in Africa through the transformational practices of yoga.
